Master Marco Barbosa He was born in August 1968, in Araçatuba, in the state of São Paulo, in the south-east of Brazil.
At just 13 years old, he started judo, and at 27, he began practising jiu-jitsu on the recommendation of some friends.
Today, he is a 6th degree black belt, representative and owner of one of the largest academies in São Paulo and several branches around the world. And he has just opened the B9 BJJ HQ branch in Davie, Florida.
